Alpha Direct is not recommended for off trail hiking. Treat with care.

We accept returns/exchanges within one week of delivery for most items that are unused and in new condition. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

We do not accept returns on Alpha Drifter Caps or Alpha Direct Camp Socks for sanitary reasons.

It is the buyers responsibility to cover additional shipping on orders returned to us for non-delivery (due to wrong address, missing phone number, etc).

International order can take 30-50 Business days to arrive.Orders typically arrive within 30 Business days of shipping. Please be patient if it is taking longer. We see the same information that you do once the order has left the USA.

Items held/stuck at customs will not be refunded or replaced until there is an official “Lost In Transit” notice. We are limited on what we can do once the order leaves the USA and the wait can be substantial if this is the case.

Any import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot guarantee an arrival date for international orders.
